These Terms govern your use of the ForexWise mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

1. What the App is

The App is a calculator and educational utility for people who trade or study financial markets. It performs arithmetic on values that you enter and displays the result. Its features include position size, pip value, profit and loss, margin, risk-to-reward calculations and a currency converter.

2. What the App is not

To avoid any ambiguity, the App does not:

• execute, place, route or facilitate any trade or order;
• connect to any broker, exchange, trading platform or bank;
• hold, transmit, receive or manage money, securities or any other assets;
• provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice;
• provide trading signals, recommendations, forecasts or opinions on any instrument;
• manage portfolios or offer any discretionary or advisory service.

We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, payment institution or financial institution of any kind, we are not regulated as such, and we are not affiliated with any broker.

3. Accuracy of calculations and data

We take care to implement standard, widely used formulas correctly, but the App is provided without any guarantee of accuracy. Results depend entirely on the values you enter, and different brokers use different contract sizes, pip conventions, rounding rules, commissions and swap charges.

Exchange rates shown in the App are indicative reference rates obtained from public sources. They are not live trading quotes and may be delayed or differ materially from your broker's prices.

You must independently verify every figure against your broker's own contract specifications before relying on it. Do not use the App as your sole basis for any decision.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading and financial decisions and for their consequences. Any decision you make after using the App is your own. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the laws of your country.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. All intellectual property in the App remains ours.

6. Availability and changes

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue it, or any of its features, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any loss resulting from an inaccurate calculation, an inaccurate exchange rate, or your reliance on any output of the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this address with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
